Founder and Director

Graham has extensive experience in helping global organisations address leadership and management capability challenges. He is skilled in designing learning events which impact participants and really help move the business forward. 

He also supports many senior leaders with executive coaching. Graham leads our team of consultants in the areas of design and delivery. 


Nicola leads our client support team. She manages key projects, especially the development of new products, clients and services. 

Her experience in senior account management roles in fmcg and advertising ensures our team provides a high quality responsive service to our clients. 

Senior Client Services Consultant

Leveraging her many years in customer and logistical operations management and ensuring a high- quality service, Kimberley works with clients to plan and manage their tailored projects, programmes and events in a way that works best for them.

Client Services Consultant  

Combining her creativity with her customer experience and administrative skills, Charlotte creates our tailored programme materials, makes preparations with clients & participants, coordinates with our delivery team, and ensures everything is in place for a successful event or training programme.

Senior L&D Consultant

Sarah has worked for many years with organisations in the UK and Europe, working with senior leadership teams to develop talent and leadership capability. 

As an experienced facilitator and coach she has worked to develop high performing teams, supporting professional growth and business delivery.

Client Services Coordinator

Megan has a wealth of experience working within a variety of different administration roles. She helps to plan, schedule and organise events & training programmes, including generating profiles and collating feedback results. She also arranges 1:1 coaching sessions for clients with our coaching team.

Accounts Administrator

With her many years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting and customer support, Rachel is responsible for maintaining and updating our accounting and office systems, ensuring invoicing is as smooth as possible for clients.
