Resolving teamwork problems

Requirement: An international team, geographically dispersed, who needed to work better together.

Solution: Team members completed a Lencioni profile which highlighted there was a lack of trust and some conflict in the team which led to a lack of honesty and healthy debate.

A blended programme of 3 x 1 day face to face workshops with online activity to complete in between workshops to help the team address these issues.

Executive team development

Requirement: An executive team, for a top 10 global luxury brand, wanted help to identify improved ways of working and to ensure they were aligned, truly collaborative and focused on the strategic business agenda.

Solution: A regular programme of facilitated sessions at the team’s leadership meetings. To build connections with each team member and gain more understanding of challenges, initial individual interviews were carried out by the facilitator. TMS profiles were shared during the first meeting, giving insight into how to work better together and communicate more effectively. This regular programme enabled the team to step back, develop open and transparent dialogue, review and improve ways of working and refocus on priority areas.

Building effective teams

Requirement: A UK manufacturer needing a cohort of managers to improve their skills in building their teams.

Solution: A blended programme of 3 x 3 hour remote classroom sessions to help managers gain the skills needed to build a team. In between these sessions were online skills based modules.

We helped them explore and identify - the purpose of their teams, goals, expectations, motivation and engagement, collaboration, reviewing and celebrating together.
