How do we help improve organisational and individual effectiveness?

Whilst we will work with you in partnership to understand your needs and provide a solution to suit your organisation, here are some examples of how we have helped other organisations support their people

Culture change

Requirement: Following the merger of 2 high profile global media companies, both with long standing heritages, the client wanted to support employees to understand and be able to navigate the new culture.

Solution: So that participants can be successful in their roles and their careers we designed and delivered a 10 week Organisational Savvy remote blended programme. Each cohort of 20 participants get value from learning experiences which include: online self paced activities and practice; interactive remote whole group learning and Buddy up – a connection with another participant to share learning. Networking, influencing stakeholders, working collaboratively, culture, communication skills and self awareness are all included in the programme.

Customer experience training

Requirement: In common with many luxury brands and to keep pace with changing customer expectations, Porsche Middle East (PME) recognised that its brand standards and processes needed to be supplemented by a much more personalised and memorable customer experience.

Solution: We designed and delivered a new curriculum which embedded in all PME’s customer facing staff throughout the region, the mindset that truly values customers and which drives behaviours that build positive, emotional responses from them.

The programme was extensively researched with potential participants, is delivered face to face and remotely and is known as “a curriculum for the network from the network”. Feedback continues to be excellent.

Growth strategy through people development

Requirement: A luxury client in Scotland with ambitious plans for growth underpinned with some people development. There was a need for people to develop more resilience and flexibility.

Solution: A face to face programme of short 3 hour workshops in functional teams focused on having great, open conversations that could move things forward more quickly.

People were supported to have more courageous conversations, to give and receive timely feedback and to collaborate and communicate more effectively.
