Blended management development programme
Requirement: Management skills training for sales and aftersales managers for a large UK automotive group.
Solution: A blended programme over 6 months providing key managements skills, consisting of short face to face workshops, on demand and group coaching. A great combination providing bite size learning over time, online modules to learn and refer back to new skills, tutor lead sessions to refine and practise skills, opportunities to develop skills in the workplace and peer coaching to share experiences and learning with colleagues.

Team leader skills training
Requirement: To introduce key management skills to newly appointed team leaders for a global luxury jewellery. Many of the team leaders were top performers as individual contributors but now they needed to add to their excellent operational knowledge, the skills of self and people management. The new role was designed to form an improved bridge between boutique management and the teams on the floor.
Solution: A flexible, remote, digital, blended programme which was delivered over 8 months to work around shifts and key boutique times. The programme introduced participants to key management skills in a bite-sized format. It consisted of small group remote workshops and online modules. Throughout the programme line managers offered check ins to support the learning and help transfer new skills into the workplace.
Individual coaching
Requirement: To support a senior executive's entry into a large global luxury brand and help them adjust quickly to expectations and ways of working which were significantly different from previous companies they had worked for.
Solution: After an initial chemistry meeting with our proposed coach, we provided a tailored programme of a 360 feedback survey to identify key objectives, six individual face–to-face 2-3 hours coaching sessions over 4 months and a review after the last coaching session between the executive, sponsor and coach to discuss outcomes and next steps.
