We were selected by Audi to research and rewrite their job role profiles to accurately reflect the activities, knowledge, skills and behaviours that an individual requires to effectively carry out roles within the Audi network now and moving forward. The roles were researched via surveys, focus groups and within retailers.
The purpose of the project is to take forward the development of leaders, managers and staff within the network. Driving towards a network culture that truly reflects and embodies all that is Audi, will in turn positively impact the way customers experience the brand and purchase its products.
