How do you Learn through Connections?
Through people and places? Sharing knowledge and ideas? Personal journeys? The digital world?
It's Learning at work week 2014 and the theme is Learning Connections. It reflects the changing nature of learning and development and how workplaces can take advantage of new approaches, attitudes and tools to support learning in the workplace.

It is a fantastic example of learning through connections-from the relationship between the mentor and mentee, to the sharing of knowledge and experience, to the technological advantage of bringing people together in a virtual classroom.
We believe there is no ideal substitute for face to face training but sometimes online learning can be a cost effective, flexible and exciting alternative. We are able to provide interactive online learning sessions for some of our programmes which can be accessed globally.
