Management Case Study - Louis Vuitton Retail Leadership Challenge

This world leading luxury brand has experienced fast growth in its global store network resulting in the need to ensure the right retail management capability is in place to lead and manage the stores. This programme aimed in the beginning at the managers of Maisons and Global Stores quickly became the standard, global programme for front-line retail managers.

Its emphasis is on helping retail managers develop the people management skills to drive results and develop their retail teams. Alongside learning how to give feedback, delegate, coach and build teams, participants were also helped to see the importance of working at the right level and empowering more junior floor managers to really motivate their teams.
