Gender Balance - a key business issue
Gender balance is a current key consideration for all top companies. In the majority of companies women are underrepresented in management and senior roles.
We have been selected to run Nestlé Waters’ Bilingual Leadership Programme. It is designed to address masculine and feminine values and behaviours in the workplace and to promote the importance of women in senior roles. Given that a large part of Nestlé’s customer base is female they have taken the decision at Board level that this is an issue which if addressed successfully will have a positive impact on sales and reputation.
