We have worked in the area of performance management with this world leader in solutions for digital TV. From the introduction of a new performance management approach through to its current well-established position, we have been responsible for training managers and team leaders in the processes to be followed, the tools to use and the management skills required to effectively manage performance in a fast-moving, international, technical environment. As the system has gradually become embedded, we have worked closely with senior HR managers to re-look at careers and the way that individuals and the company can develop career opportunities. This work has resulted in significant improvements in levels of performance and retention in a sector where competition for talent is always high.
