Nestlé Waters - Mentoring Toolkit
The Nestlé Manager's Toolkit has been further enhanced by the launch of a new section on Mentoring.
Packed with useful exercises, models and practical tips, it is aimed at helping HRBPs develop in mentors and mentees the right mindset, skills and practices to embed successful mentoring schemes in their organisations within Nestlé Waters. Designed and produced by Contact Consulting in conjunction with Nestlé Waters and Winfrith Graphic Services, the Mentoring Tookit also incorporates current thinking and ideas on how to ensure gender balance in mentoring initiatives.
